We can treat depression with several different methods of treatment with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Trauma can be an emotional or physical response caused by a history of a distressing events that overwhelm an individual's central nervous system, causing lasting damage to ones emotional well-being. Symptoms include fear, flashbacks, anxiety, and numbness. It is categorized as acute (one-time), chronic (prolonged), or complex (multiple, often interpersonal events). Trauma is treatable.
Relationship issues come in all shapes & sizes. It can be with friends, family loved ones, family of origin. Any relationship can have issues that require a professional to help.

Adjustment issues, or adjustment disorders, are emotional or behavioral reactions to a life event that is stronger than expected, causing difficulty in coping or adjusting.

Grief & loss is a natural process that occurs with losing something that matters. It often is misunderstood. Grief & loss does not need to occur only from the death of a loved one.
